I am a local professional hairstylist with strong roots in the Memphis area. Currently residing in Bartlett, I embarked on my hairstyling journey after graduating from Memphis State and attending Plaza Beauty School. For nearly two decades, I have been privileged to contribute to the hair industry, proudly calling Richard & Co. Salon my professional home since 2002.
As a Senior Stylist, I specialize in a range of services tailored for women, including precision haircuts, vibrant highlights, and expert coloring, with a focus on grey coverage and blending. Drawing from my extensive knowledge, I take pleasure in crafting hairstyles that not only meet but exceed the expectations of my clients.
While I approach my work with professionalism, I also infuse an element of fun into the salon experience. Above all, I value honesty in providing feedback and recommendations to ensure the best results for my clients. Hello, I'm Lauren, a seasoned stylist with two decades of experience in the hair industry. I take pride in my journey, beginning as a graduate of Plaza Beauty School and fueled by my early exposure to cosmetology classes at Collierville High School.
My commitment to continuous learning is evident through the countless classes and certifications I've undertaken to enhance my skills in the industry. With a proven track record of satisfied customers, my expertise lies in crafting custom colors and creating elegant formal hairstyles, though my passion for specialty cuts remains unwavering.
The ability to contribute to someone's self-esteem and make a meaningful impact in their life propels me to continually grow and evolve in my craft. Outside the salon, you'll find me exploring antique stores, cherishing moments with my two boys, and sharing love with my husband.

Hello fabulous hair seekers, I’m Bailey! I have been on the Richard & Co. team for 8 years! In that time, I have grown and cultivated so many skills because of the unique blend of stylists I have the pleasure of working with. I personally love customizing color for grey coverage and blending, as well as blonding for the perfect sun kissed look. I love the rhythm of a haircut, from one length to layered looks. Naturally I have a soft spot for a curly girl. My hope is to make every client feel confident after spending some time on my chair.
In life, my passions are my faith, family, and food! I love participating in my church choir, going to Marshall’s with my daughter and making sourdough bread. Once the kitchen is closed and the kids are in bed, I’ll be reading or watching Survivor. And that’s me in a nutshell!
